In conjunction with the 15th annual Toy Show, a Craft Show has been added. Also, Harrisburg Dollars for Scholars offers a very reasonably priced breakfast and lunch for attendees.

This looks like a funnel cloud or tornado but it's called a SCUD CLOUD. There's no rotation and the there's no real vertical height to the cloud above it.
