Bike Riding for Fun & Fitness FREE!

The City of Eugene Adult Service Program invites senior bike riders to in-town rides that depart from Campbell Center, 155 High St., every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. beginning May 4. It's free. Helmets are required; weekly attendance is not. Rides vary in length and time depending on ability. For more information please call.

These are female Rufous Hummingbirds. They are the most common hummingbird in Oregon. The male Rufous have much more red on their heads, back and belly with a red throat. I make my own nectar, the red dye is not good for them.
