Chicken & Dumplings Soup

4 cooked chicken breasts, cut into small chuncks
3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 bag small baby carrots
1 onion, diced
4-5 celery stalks, diced
3 1/2 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 10 oz. packages refrigerator biscuits
Combine all ingredients (except biscuits) in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low 6-9 hours.
30 minutes before serving, tear biscuts into one inch pieces. Add to the crockpot, stiring gently. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes or until biscuts are flufffed up and cooked through.
Yeilds 6-8 servings.
