Ingredients

2lb Round Steak

1/2 cup Flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 onions sliced

2 cans cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's)

Directions

Swiss Steak

 

1. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in bowl.

2. Cut steak into large pieces.

3. heat oil in fry pan on med-high heat.

4. Dip steak in flour mixture then place in fry pan 1 minute each side.

5. Then place in slow cooker.

6. Place onions on top then add soup.

7. Cover, Cook on low 7-8 hours.

 

Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
