Bill Filley, owner of Prairie Road Automotive, understands that sometimes car repair can be stressful and he does everything possible to make his customers feel welcome, comfortable and satisfied with their service experience. Before starting on KVAL, he averaged about 35 customers a month. Then he began working with KVAL's Amanda Bloomer on a customized plan to target his best customers. Now he averages about 45 customers a month, generating thousands of dollars in added revenue!
