Police arrested a 23-year-old man after a River Road/Santa Clara cafe was robbed at gunpoint by a masked man dressed in all black Monday night.

The suspect robbed Kosmo's Cafe in the River Road/Santa Clara neighborhood with what appeared to be a gun.
