Bank robber's bomb was a fake

EUGENE, Ore - A man was shot by police after he robbed a Key Bank branch at 2829 W. 11th Ave at about 5 pm, with what he called an explosive device. According to police the suspicious device the suspect had was not real.
Police said the man is in critical but stable condition. They are not releasing his name. He was described as a 58 year old white man with a possible criminal history in California.
Police have identified the officer involved in the shooting as Officer Joe Kidd.

This phone was found in the yard at, River Bend by my husband yesterday. He didn't have time to run it inside to the front desk. He will be taking it there this morning. The phone is locked still. This is the picture on the lock screen, of the potential owner/s of the handset.
