'Rubes' cartoonist on Joe the Plumber

Braving a morning without coffee, 'Rubes' cartoonisht Leigh Rubin took an assignment from KVAL TV's Shelley Kurtz to draw a Joe the Plumber cartoon in 20 minutes. Rubin is in town for an appearance at the UO Thursday night.
