EUGENE, Ore - The product was introduced in the United States in 2007. The creator opened the product up to individual licensees this year. The Huffman’s were the first to buy it. 

Snow Miracle is created from blocks of juice and fruit that are frozen 25 degrees below zero. The blocks are shaved to create the flaky snow like texture.Snow Miracle is low in calories and non dairy. 

Snow Miracle shop is at 1295 Highway 99 North in Eugene. The shop is open Monday - Thursday from 12pm-9pm  and Friday & Saturday from 12pm-10pm.
