More than one-hundred Lane County children won't be allowed in school until they get the proper immunizations.

That's because they missed the deadline for all students to be up-to-date with their shots.

So far 134 kids have been excluded from Lane County Schools, and there may be more.

According to Lane County Public Health, there are fewer children excluded this year than last.

Officials say we could see more next year because some new shots will be required.

A Hepatitis-A shot will be required for children in daycare and kindergarten and seventh graders will have to get a booster for tetanus and whooping cough.
