ALBANY, Ore. -- A four-car fender bender and a number of small accidents have slowed traffic on Interstate 5 northbound to 25 mph between mileposts 221 and 238. | CAMERA

The slowdown extends from north of Brownsville, Ore., to north of Albany, Ore.
