Fire truck has trouble with icy road
EUGENE, Ore. -- Eugene firefighters responded to an apartment fire on Chambers Street early this morning, although one of the fire trucks had trouble getting up an icy section of street.
The same stretch of Chambers was closed due to an accident Monday, and fire trucks responded with tire chains on to scale the hill.
