At approximately 4:05 PM, Bonneville Power reported that they had a substation failure just south of Eugene.  No reports on the cause have been reported but their crews are in route to investigate the situation.  As a result of BPA's substation failure, Lane Electric's Cloverdale, Lynx Hollow, Dorena and Mosby Creek substations are without power.  Essentially, members in the Pleasant Hill, Creswell, Cottage Grove and Dorena Lake areas are affected.  We are monitoring BPA's progress and will get electric service restored as soon as possible.
