Services planned for Lebanon teen killed by fall
Quentin Thacker was found dead Sunday. The teen died as a result of an accident.

LEBANON, Ore. -- Services for the Lebanon teened who died in an accidental fall last weekend are this Friday and Saturday.

Quentin Thacker, 14, was found dead Sunday in a vacant lot by children playing hide-and-seek. An autopsy determined he died as a result of a face-first fall into a drainage ditch.

A viewing is set from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday at Huston-Jost Funeral Home in Lebanon, Ore. A celebration of life is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Lebanon Seventh-day Adventist Church.
