Quentin Thacker was found dead in January.

LINN COUNTY, Ore. - A 14-year-old Lebanon teen found dead in a vacant lot in January had a blood-alcohol level of .21 percent, authorities said Tuesday.

An autopsy determined Quentin Thacker died from drowning after he fell face-first into a drainage ditch in the lot, according to Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller.

A toxicology report indicated his high blood-alcohol level and that he had marijuana in his system, Mueller said.

Authorities found no sign of foul play in the death. The information has been forwarded to prosecutors, who could file charges for furnishing alcohol to a minor. The sheriff did not say whom investigators believe gave the boy alcohol.
