Two Jeeps collide, injure drivers

JUNCTION CITY, Ore. -- Two 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokees collided near Junction City Wednesday afternoon, sending both drivers to the hospital and disrupting traffic.

Both drivers were taken to RiverBend Hospital, according to Oregon State Police. Their names were not immediately available.

The crash stopped traffic at Highway 99 and Prairie Road about a mile south of Junction City.

State police said the two vehicles involved were both 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokees. One was green, the other tan.
