BLACK BUTTE RANCH, Ore. – Fire crews battled a wildfire near a popular central Oregon community Monday morning but no structure appear to be in danger.

The U.S. Forest Service said the fire near Black Butte has already burned more than 100 acres so far and most likely was started by lightning.

A thunderstorm complex passed through the area Sunday night.

Firefighters said the blaze is not yet threatening campgrounds or buildings.
