Arrest made in hit-and-run that injured cyclist
Police believe a driver lost control of a car that jumped a curb and hit a cyclist. The driver left the scene. By KVAL.com staffEUGENE, Ore. -- Eugene police say they have made an arrest in the hit and run accident that left a bicyclist in the hospital. The accident happened in Eugene on 30th Avenue near Onyx Street. The bicyclist, Hart Godbold, has been released from the hospital.
Police are still investigating and say there is the possibility a second driver was involved in the accident. They will not provide any more details.
