Mistrial declared in attempted murder case
ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The attempted murder case of Richard Gurule, 52, was declared a mistrial.
A new jury will be selected Thursday at 2:00 p.m.
Officials from the Douglas County District Attorney's office declined to comment on the reason for the mistrial.
