After putting in a little elbow grease with volunteers like Spiro, the graffiti case load has become manageable. "We've made a lot of headway on it, and I know we've made some key arrests here just in the last month on some of our more prolific taggers."

Ty Steele from KVAL News met with police volunteers to learn more about anti-graffiti efforts for a story set to air on KVAL News at 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 16.
