PORTLAND, Ore. - Health insurance rates may go up for more than 52,000 people in Oregon.
Regence BlueCross BlueShield has asked for a rate increase and some other changes. For example, folks with lower deductible plans could face out of pocket costs starting at $2,500 before their coverage kicks in. And some Portlanders may have to change providers.
The plan isn't a done deal yet - the company has to get approval from the Oregon Insurance Division.
