LYONS, Ore. - A SWAT raid found pot, mushrooms, meth, prescription pills, cash and drug packaging paraphernalia in a home with a surveillance system Wednesday, the Linn County Sheriff's Office said.

Meria Lynn Rendon, 22, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.
Linn County Undersheriff Bruce Riley said the warrant to search the 6th Street home was served by sheriff's deputies and members of the Linn County Regional SWAT Team after longterm investigation.
Detectives seized marijuana, mushrooms, prescription medication, dealer amounts of methamphetamine, digital scales, packaging material, drug paraphernalia, stolen property, a surveillance system and over $7,500 in cash, Riley said.
The Linn County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Lebanon Police Department, Sweet Home Police Department, DEA, and the Albany Police Department.
"Frequenting a drug house": Â what "authorities" charge you with when you haven't done anything truly criminal but they want to put you away.
remember, there are human beings behind those faces...every tweeker can find that person again if they want to, sometimes it takes being busted...me,id'e be dead already had i not been...Â
@tweekingnomore Maybe the two girls have a chance. But him...naww..he is far gone!
@UsaidWHAT why is that? because of his looks? i have known 65 year old tweekers that have put down the pipe...no one is ever too far gone.Â
I have seen that type of head and eye wound/disfigurement several times before. He was probably shot in the head. A little more to the right and both of his eyes would look the same...and he would be totally blind. Also knew a guy who took a 38 round right dead center 2" above the eyes from 2 feet away and it just bounced off his forehard into the ceiling. Lucky his angry girlfriend's angry niece was a lot shorter than him.Â
What looks out of place here? Â Seems at first glance, to be an upstanding citizen. Luckily our county has funding for the jail. Â
Â
Say no to tweekers.Â
And what good does this do anyone? Time to end prohibition. Glad no one was killed.
Looks like an upstanding guy to me. Legalize and tax!
@godless anarchist ---even Amdam doesn't legalize and tax drugs as damaging as Heroin and Meth.
We have oxicontin and adderall that is prescribed...that is trafficked and abused enough already.
Also, they confiscated 7.5 G$...pretty good racket the cops got goin'.
If people could buy govt. sanctioned street grade meth or heroin, whenever they wanted, we would have a lot more problems, I believe. Â
Â
$7,500 cash! That should end up in the slush fund to fund more busts. Seisures--Keepers!
well since its linn county they will prosecute him
That old dude looks like he should be in a  Harry Potter movie... hey kids look what drugs will do to you 57 and he look 87 UGLY you ain't got know alibi.
@IAMHIGH ---yep, looks just like Hagrid will look 30 years from now.
Glad this happened, and in Linn County, not Lane. Linn County has the best Law Enforcement in the area! These people are downright scary.
