Falling Sky expands brewery

EUGENE, Ore. - Falling Sky Brewing installed new equipment that will allow the 9-month-old brewpub to double capacity.

The new tank and two new fermentors arrived Tuesday.

Business at the brewery has been so good, brewers haven't been able to keep up with the demand.
"Even though we make IPA as often as we can, it still runs out before the next IPA comes on," said Jason Carriere from Falling Sky. "So this will allow us to make enough of those more popular styles, the IPAs and pale aless, so we will not be able to run out of those."

Falling Sky Brewing will now be able to sell their beer beyond their resturant.

They say if business keeps going this well, they may open up another facility.
