EUGENE, Ore. --  Sarah Perkins regularly volunteers at the Greenhill Humane Society in Lane County.  She says her favorite part about her job is introducing potential adoption families to animals who need a home.  Sarah didn't know about the Give and Day, Get a Night program which rewards her for un-paid service.

Here's how the program works:  Volunteers much work for 8 hours at a registered 501(c)3 non-profit ornagization.  Once the hours are completed, volunteers need a signed letter on the companies letter head listing the time and date of service.  Hotel rooms need to be booked 48 hours ahead of the stay.  For Sage Hospitality, the service must be completed between July 1, 2009 and March 31, 2010.

Sage Hospitality participates in Give a Day, Get a Night as well as Disney.
