AL ASAD, Iraq-- Chief Warrant Officer 2 Brad Stoller, 33, of Albany, Ore., brought flour from Ft. Sill, Oklahoma., and his coworkers sent various jams for toppings for homemade pancake and waffle breakfasts.
“If we get a [Medevac] call, we basically have to shut everything off and run,” says Stoller flipping a sweet potato pancake for flight operations specialist Sgt. Ryan Adovnik, 26, Newberg, Ore. “Anything Brad makes is better than the chow hall.”
