Ninkasi brews their 9 different ales at their brewery located in the Whiteaker.


The new Ninkasi tasting room offers customers a chance to try the different ales. It is open everyday from 11 am t o 7 pm.


During the fermentation process the yeast and surge mix together that creates a reaction that must subside before bottling.


Ninkasi has expanded their circulation from just the North West to, Idaho, Alaska and Northern California.


The Ninsaki brewery has been making handcrafted beer since 2006.


This past November Ninaski opened a tasting room next to the brewery. Its hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.


The oats for brewing is stored in silos that are located outside of the brewing building.


The Ninsaki stickers are placed on to each beer before they leave the brewery.


The hops have the sugar taken out of them and are about to have yeast added to start the fermentation process


The Ninkasi worker washes kegs before they are re-used. The workers can do 12 kegs an hour, while the machine Ninkasi just bought can clean around 100.
