My Fitness Pal is an application which you can download to your iPhone or Droid for free! Here's just some of the ways it helped me:
- Track your calories by entering what you eat.
- Being able to scan the UPC label on the food, making it easy to "number-crunch"
- Logging your water intake
- Jotting down notes about fitness
