RECIPE: Lamb Sliders
By Oakway Wine & DeliIngredients: 2 lbs ground lamb 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 yellow onion, grated, juice discarded 1 Tbsp cumin 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
Knead all ingredients together, mixing well and form in 3-oz patties. Grill lamb patties and place on slider bun with lettuce, tomato, goat cheese, basil leaves and mayonnaise. |
