RECIPE: Grilled Prawns Tikka Sandwich
By Oakway Wine & DeliIngredients: For marinade: 1 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined 1 Tbsp curry paste 1 Tbsp coconut cream 1 Tbsp plain yogurt Mix all ingredients together and let marinate for 3-4 hours.
For basting: 3 Tbsp melted butter 2 Tbsp curry paste 1 Tbsp coconut cream Mix well and baste well while cooking the shrimp.
For yogurt sauce: 1 cup plain yogurt 1 tsp garlic salt pinch oregano pinch mint 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 Tbsp crushed walnut Mix all ingredients well.
Open pita bread and stuff with lettuce, tomato, cilantro, red onion, grilled shrimp and yogurt dressing. |
