Police searching for woman missing from Myrtle Creek
Deborah Schneider, 55, of Myrtle Creek has been missing for over a year.

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. -- The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is investigating the disappearance of a 55 year old Myrtle Creek woman.

Deborah Schneider was reported missing to the Sheriff's Office on January 24th by her family. They have not had any contact with her in over a year.

The last time Schneider was seen was February of 2010 in the Roseburg area.

Prior to going missing, Schneider told a friend that she was considering checking into an alcohol rehabilitation center, possibly in the Eugene area.

Schneider is 55 years old, 5' 5" tall, 130 pounds, red hair and brown eyes.

Her last known address was a residence just south of Myrtle Creek on North Pacific Highway.
