From Rockne Berge in Port Orford: "The effects of surging and receding sea levels was apparent at 7:30 this morning but was most noticeable around 9:30 this morning. I took a few photos (with Port Orford's commercial boat dock in the background). You can see the difference in the ocean's level. The time between the ocean being at its 'furthest out' to being up near the beach grass, a matter of a couple of minutes."
