Cliff Harris cited - and suspended
The Oregon Ducks football team suspends star cornerback Cliff Harris pending an investigation into driving violations, Coach Chip Kelly said Monday, Oct. 24, 2011. In a statement, Kelly said the suspension is a "complete prohibition from all football activities until the matter is resolved." Eugene police pulled over Harris earlier on Monday afternoon, and cited him for driving without a seatbelt, driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance.
