Man accused of sexually abusing teen with special needs

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - A man sexually abused a teenage girl with special needs who was visiting from out of town, Oregon State Police said.

Troopers arrested Johnny Carlos Young, 30, on July 22. He faces charges of Rape in the Third Degree, Sex Abuse in the Third Degree (3 counts), Sodomy in the Third Degree and Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of Minor.

The investigation started after state police detectives in Bend learned July 20 that the girl might have been abused while visiting Klamath Falls.

The girl disclosed two incidents which were forwarded to authorities in Klamath Falls for further investigation.

Young is not related to the victim, police said.
