DILLARD, Ore. -- Officers from the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team (DINT) made arrests at a house where residents were suspected of selling meth near a school.
Just before 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, officers served a search warrant at the home of Heather and Bobby Simmons on Scott Street in Dillard.
Police found 3.8 grams of crystal meth that was packaged for sale or distribution.
When Bobby Simmons, 42, arrived home, officers arrested him and found over $500 in his car.
Officers got the search warrant after seeing a high volume of traffic at the home, but people weren't spending much time there.
Both Bobby and Heather Simmons, 36, were booked for unlawful delivery of meth within 1,000 feet of a school, among several other charges.
A third person at the residence, Janet Leeann Pearce, 25, of Dillard, was arrested and lodged on a felony parole violation.
The fourth person, Rhonda Joann Marcotti, 51, also of Dillard, was cited and released for frequenting a place where controlled substances are being used and unlawful possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
