Marines in Afghanistan explain their tattoos

"This is Rocky's serial number," says the Marine gently pulling back the military working dog's ear to reveal some numbers. "He has one because he's serialized gear - all the dogs have them." Several of the Marines pet the dog and say, "We love Rocky."
