Inn at the Fifth will be home to A-list

EUGENE, Ore. -- Eugene is about to play host to Bruce Jenner, a man who's won gold in the Olympics and reality TV. The famous face will be staying at the Inn at the Fifth in downtown Eugene.

Jenner won the gold medal in the 1976 games for decathlon; now he's featured on the reality TV show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

"They know what they want, and that's our niche...why we're here as a boutique hotel," said Inn at the Fifth General Manager Erik Cole on celebrity clients.

As a former Olympian and reality TV star, Jenner has likely stayed in some of the most luxurious hotels in the world. So is that pressure for Inn at the Fifth staff?

"I think they're ready," said Cole. "They've been open almost four or five months now, and they're well-trained...I think we're ready to go."

Jenner and his crew will be filming "Kardashians" around Eugene during the visit. The former Olympian will be honored during the Olympic Track Trials.

Jenner's son Brandon will be in Eugene for filming, but so far, no word on whether or not any of the Kardashian women will join them. Whatever famous faces stop by for Track Town's big show, they will certainly be welcomed.

"It's nice to have somebody recognize Eugene, and Eugene is such a nice place, so it's good to have somebody giving us a bit of attention." said resident Britt Petrovich.
