Deputies: Drunk driver crashes in sheriff's office parking lot
CLACKAMAS, Ore. – A drunk driver pulled into the sheriff's office parking lot and crashed in a ditch, deputies from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies said they received a report of a man who was appearing to fall asleep while driving in Clackamas Saturday afternoon.
The driver drove into the sheriff’s office parking lot and crashed into the landscaping.
Deputies arrested David LaFountain, 33, on a DUII charge. LaFountain was also driving with a suspended license, deputies said.
He was taken to the Clackamas County Jail.
Why not just ban alcohol in all public places, maybe even the parks. Surely would save the tax payers at least as much as banning smoking in all those places. For those that say second hand smoke is dangerous, I agree, but your life could be in danger any second from an intoxicated driver. Just try to treat all people fairly across the board. Down with special interests and agendas.
Doh!
DUMB PEOPLE!!!
Better a ditch then into a sidewalk. Wonder what was going on in his head when he pulled into the Sheriffs parking lot though?
@KenzieDogg "what was going on in his head?" Probably a carousel because his head was spinning. That has to be one of the easiest arrests on record. I bet they wish all the criminals and drunks would just come to them like this guy did.
@MADD find thisnot so funny why stupid people feel the need to endanger innocent people, places or things into ther stupitiy is just beyond me  Â
Well at least he made their job's easier finding him. Glad no one was hurt by his actions
