Details on Hillary Clinton's Oregon visit

We now know more details about Senator Hillary Clinton's visit to Eugene this weekend.

Senator Clinton will hold a rally in the South Eugene High School gym on Saturday. The free event begins at 1:30, and the doors will open at 11:30.

Senator Clinton's trip to Oregon will also include a stop in Portland, On Saturday morning.

Clinton previously was in Eugene, back in September 1996, nearly 12 years ago. Then first lady Hillary Clinton, spoke at the same venue, South Eugene high school.
However, back then she spoke in the auditorium at the school, not the gym.

She was campaigning for her husband, President Bill Clinton who was running for a second term.

The Senator's daughter, Chelsea, also visit Eugene this month.

Chelsea will arrive next Saturday, April 12th, and is scheduled to speak at the Oregon democratic convention, at the Hilton, in downtown Eugene.
