SALEM, Ore. - Fired up governors and former presidents, Sunday's event at Riverfront Park in Salem was almost as hot as the temperatures.

Governor Ted Kulongoski started the afternoon off telling the crowd of about 1,500 why he thinks Hillary Clinton would make the best president.

After that it was Chelsea's turn. The former first daughter told the crowd she's not just voting for Hillary Clinton because she's her mom but also because she believes in her.

Bill Clinton opened by telling Oregon voters their vote has never mattered so much. He also talked about how his wife would bring back timber payments.

From Salem, the Clintons were off to Kentucky. It's the only other state besides Oregon to hold a primary this Tuesday.
