PORTLAND, Ore. -- The FBI announced a $10,000 reward for the culprits in a string of armed jewelry store robberies, including two in Eugene, Ore.

The robberies, dating back to June 2007, have netted the robber or robbers more than $150,000 worth of jewels. In each case, a robber ordered the employees and customers to the floor while brandishing a black semi-automatic handgun.

No one was hurt in any of the incidents.

Witnesses describe the first suspect as a white man in his 20s, 5-foot-10-inches to 6-feet tall, 160 to 180 pounds with dark hair.

A second suspect who appears to be Asian is also wanted for questioning.

There are few details on his description. The suspects may live in or have connections to San Francisco; Portland or Eugene, Ore.; or Reno, Nev.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at (503) 224-4181 in Portland or the Eugene Police Department at (541) 682-5175.

Most of the jewels have been recovered, including many that the robbers pawned at shops in Portland and Eugene for less than the retail value, according to the FBI.

The robbers also used what appears to be a stolen Oregon driver’s license to open – and then empty – a bank account in San Francisco using a check taken during one of the robberies.

The robberies include:

June 6, 2007 – Beaudet Jewelry in Eugene, Ore.

Aug. 24, 2007 – Steve Schmier’s Jewelry – Tahoe City, Calif.

Aug. 28, 2007 – J.P. Chadom Jewelers – State Line, Nev.

Oct. 6, 2007 – Beaudet Jewelry – Eugene, Ore.
