EUGENE, Ore. -- Tailgaters might feel the squeeze at Autzen Stadium on Saturday.

Construction of the Duck's new baseball stadium displaced hundreds of parking spots that were once prime real estate for tailgating.

About 500 spaces were lost to the stadium, according to the University of Oregon.

The Masonic Lodge across from the stadium switched two rows of motor home parking back to car spots, according to Jimmy Farmer with the Eugene Masonic Lodge.

Decreased demand prompted the change, but the lodge hopes to serve people displaced by the parking change.

The Science Factory staff said lots that aren't usually packed are now sold out, and they've opened up a new area for parking.
