3 hurt when taxi and truck collide
SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - Medics took three people to the hospital after a taxi and a pickup collided Monday night.
The taxi van and pickup truck crashed at the intersection of Highway 126 and 52nd Street around 9:45 p.m.
The taxi driver and passenger were injured, as was the driver of the pickup.
No word yet on the extent of the injuries. Police said the injuries appeared serious but not life-threatening.
