Reward for man who robbed Eugene bank

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the Oct. 19, 2007, robbery of the Washington Mutual Bank located at 2840 Willamette in Eugene, Ore. The man walked into the bank, approached a teller, demanded cash and left on foot. He appeared to have a weapon in his pocket.

Witnesses describe the man as:

Race: white

Age: Early 20's

Height: 6-foot

Build: Thin

Clothing: Dark or black sweatshirt and beanie-style hat

Other: Scruffy appearance and dark areas under his eyes, as if he had not slept for several days

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI in Eugene at (541) 343-5222 during normal business hours or the FBI in Portland at (503) 224-4181 twenty four hours a day.
