For safe and free Halloween fun, head for Springfield City Hall

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. -- Little ghouls and boo!-ys haunt the halls of government Friday at City Hall in Springfield, Ore.

Youngsters and their parents are invited to trick or treat from department to department in City Hall from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31. Included in the plans is the Springfield library.

The program is free.

City Hall is located at 225 Fifth Street in Springfield, Ore. | MAP
