EUGENE, Ore. -- Following a traffic dispute last month, four young men on bicycles followed a motorist to a home improvement store and beat him before a store employee intervened.

Police released a surveillance video that shows the suspects in hopes the public will help identify the suspects.

If anyone has information, they are asked to contact Detective Jeff Donaca at (541) 682-5193.

Police are withholding the identity of the victim.

Four white men in their late teens or early 20s riding BMX-style bicycles followed the victim to the contractor's entrance to the Home Depot store on Seneca Road in Eugene, Ore., after the man allegedly cut them off near a restaurant on Oct. 16 around 6:45 p.m.

In the confrontation that followed, the victim was hit in the face and head and fell to the ground. A store employee intervened, and the four men left the store, punching the victim's truck as they leave.

The victim did not want police or medical contact, but the store's management called police to investigate. The victim contacted police a week later and reported that his injuries were more serious than he originally thought.

The surveillance video captures the four suspects arriving by bicycle and entering the store; when they leave, the punch the victim's car.
