Water covers some streets in Eugene, Ore.
Water reached the bumber of this Honda parked at the curb on Alder Street between 25th and 26th avenues Monday morning. By KVAL Web StaffEUGENE, Ore. -- Rain and blocked drains added up to localized flooding on the streets of Eugene, Ore., this morning.
