Water reached the bumber of this Honda parked at the curb on Alder Street between 25th and 26th avenues Monday morning.

EUGENE, Ore. -- Rain and blocked drains added up to localized flooding on the streets of Eugene, Ore., this morning.

Photojournalist Jon Simmons took a tour of Alder Street near 25th and 26th avenues this morning, south of the University of Oregon.
