	PORTLAND VELOSWAP If you are looking for deals on bikes as well as bike accessories, apparel and more, you'll want to head to Roots Organic Brewing Co. in southeast Portland Saturday, where organizers are expecting up to 100 vendors in this new event.
	RIVER CITY BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL Not only can you hear the professionals on stage, but many attendees bring their own instruments and jam. You can also learn everything from yodeling to fiddling as part of a free workshop. The festival is happening all weekend at the Oregon Convention Center.
	WACKY EVENT: NO PANTS RIDE People across the world will ride public transportation without their pants on Saturday. Why? Who knows. But locally, you can meet at the Goose Hollow Inn in southwest Portland and join the pants-free for the fun. Briefs and boxers required.
	REEL MUSIC FILM SERIES This annual celebration of music and film includes many documentaries of musicians, both alive and dead, who have made an impact on the rock, jazz, reggae or even bluegrass scene. The series of movies kicks off Friday and runs through Feb.1.
	PORTLAND BOAT SHOW You still have time to head to this annual event at the Portland Expo Center. There are hundreds of makes and models, accessories and hands-on demonstrations, organizers say. You can save on admission by going to the show's Web site.
