MOLALLA, Ore. (AP) — The manager of Clackamas County Dog Services says the two dogs who attacked and injured a Molalla man on Christmas Day will be euthanized.

Diana Hallmark says her agency found the dogs unfit to be returned to the community.

Meanwhile, Molalla Police have cited the owner for maintaining dangerous dogs. Prudencio Escobedo of Molalla is scheduled to appear in municipal court next month.

Initially identified as pit bulls, the dogs are now described as American bully mixed breeds, half Staffordshire bull terrier and possibly half American bulldog.
