EUGENE, Ore. -- Four adults and one child were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon at the intersection Lorane Highway and Bailey Hill Road.
Emergency crews responded to the crash near the Twin Oaks Christian Church at around 2:50 p.m. Saturday. They arrived to find two cars off the shoulder of the road near the intersection.
There were two adults and a child inside of a sedan, and an adult driver and passenger inside of an SUV.
Fire crews ad to cut the roof off of the car to get the driver, passenger and child out of the blue car.
Crash investigators found that the car was headed east and ran through a stop sign. It was hit in the driver's side by an SUV driving south on Bailey Hill Road.
Police at the scene said all five people involved were taken to the hospital, adding that the injuries didn't appear to be serious.
