Bel Ami closes restaurant; bar to remain open

By KVAL.com StaffEUGENE, Ore. -- Bel Ami the restaurant is no more. The high-end restaurant was one of several dining options in Eugene's Midtown Marketplace. Midtown Marketplace management told KVAL News the move aims to deliver more breakfast and lunch options at lower pricepoints to better meet the demands of the economic recession. The Bel Ami bar will remain open but with modified hours. New hours for the bar are until 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday hours have yet to be determined. Earlier reports that the restaurant and bar had closed were in error. |
